We are a small and fast growing company specializing in Spy Gadgets, CCTV Surveillance Equipment such as Gps trackers, Dvr`s, Covert Cameras, and several other very cool and amazing technical devices. We sell direct to the consumers, students, private investigators, lawywers and also to government and law enforcement agencies.

Looking for a diversity of eager sales, customer service reps and an assistant manager to immediately to join our team in our dynamic environment.

Candidates need to be able to maximize profits by matching the right products to the customer`s need and leverage strong technical product knowledge to close the sale and grow revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:

· One position requires to manage & supervise employees and store in owners absence.

Other Responsibilities in other positions:

· Identify the customer`s need and maximize every call and support to result in a sale.

· Cross sell or upsell products with the objective of selling multiple products on each sale.

· Efficiently handle large volume of incoming telephone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner.

· Effectively follow our sales call guidelines to complete the transaction while building value in the customer relationship.

· Follow up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact or quote.

· Continued product education to better service the sales calls.

· While maximizing sales opportunities, ensure solid customer service for the customer at all times.

· Accurately process sales orders in our order management system and manage post order expectations that limits Customer Service involvement.

Employee Skills:

· One or more years experience of sales and management in a fast, paced environment.

· Understanding in CCTV Surveillance and video accessories.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows.

· Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.

· Great time management and organizational skills.

· Problem solving and decision making skill.

· Conduct online research when necessary.

· Play with products and become an expert adviser for all kinds of security products.

· General administrative support including some filing, answering phones, mailing and office organization.

· Assist with marketing functions such as Trade Show coordination and training classes when necessary.

· Internet Research on new vendors products and customers.

· Light Reception
